Your Facilitators
Lulu Rivera
co-directorI have over 25 years of experience in the fields of outdoor recreation, education, leadership, and personal development. I am also an artist and love to explore my creativity using different mediums. Over the years, I have found that my passion is combining both by crating experiences where people can learn, connect, and grow through real-world, hands-on experiences, preferably exploring their creativity in natural settings.
Lately, I have been working in organizational development, supporting teams in building collaborative relationships and fostering efficient, intentional communication for the continuous improvement of their organizations.
I’m an extrovert by nature; I love good conversations, whether they’re deep ones or the kind that make you laugh until your belly hurts. I believe those moments of connection are magical and where great transformations happen.
I am a nomadic Boricua, have lived all over the Island, recently based in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
